Saint Joseph School is an independent school teaching a Catholic curriculum.
We operate independent of the Diocese of Green Bay. This means we are financially responsible for our school without assistance from the Green Bay Diocese or any individual parish. We are not bound by Diocesan decisions regarding Catholic Schools.
The students in kindergarten through eighth grade participate in a weekly morning Mass at Nativity Church. Students in our four-year-old preschool program attend Mass each week beginning in January. The students and staff join each morning for announcements, Morning Prayer, and the Pledge of Allegiance.
Our small class sizes allow for a greater amount of individualized attention for students. Parents are welcomed and encouraged to be actively involved in St. Joseph School. Through volunteer opportunities, attendance at family committee meetings and on-going communication parents can be active participants in the educational success of their children.
Our Commitment to Catholic Education
Saint Joseph School proudly offers a Catholic education that upholds the rich traditions and values of our faith. As an independent institution, we have the flexibility to tailor our school to best meet the needs of our students while remaining deeply committed to the teachings of the Catholic Church. Our independence from the Diocese of Green Bay allows us to manage our finances and make decisions that benefit our school community directly. This autonomy enables us to innovate and adapt in ways that best support our students' spiritual and academic growth. At Saint Joseph School, you can expect a nurturing environment where Catholic values guide every aspect of our students' education and development.
Parish Partnership
At Saint Joseph School, we are committed to providing a solid foundation of Catholic teaching and spiritual growth. Our partnership with Nativity of Our Lord Parish is a vital part of this mission. Every Wednesday, students from kindergarten through eighth grade participate in a weekly morning Mass at Nativity Church, fostering a deep connection with our faith community. Starting in January, our four-year-old preschool program joins these weekly Masses, helping our youngest learners begin their spiritual journey.
In addition to attending Mass, our entire school community gathers each morning for announcements, Morning Prayer, and the Pledge of Allegiance. This daily practice not only strengthens our faith but also unites us in shared values and purpose. While we operate independently from the Diocese, our collaboration with Nativity of Our Lord Parish ensures that our students receive a comprehensive and enriching Catholic education.
Engaged Community and Personalized Learning
At Saint Joseph School, our small class sizes ensure that each student receives individualized attention, fostering both academic excellence and spiritual development. This personalized approach allows our dedicated teachers to tailor instruction to meet the unique needs and strengths of every student, creating an environment where every child can thrive.
We believe that a strong partnership between parents and the school is crucial for the success of our students. Parents are warmly welcomed and encouraged to be actively involved in our school community. Through volunteer opportunities, participation in family committee meetings, and ongoing communication, parents play a vital role in their children's educational journey. This close collaboration not only supports academic achievement but also reinforces the faith formation and values we hold dear.
At Saint Joseph School, we are committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive community where students, parents, and staff work together to achieve spiritual and academic growth
