4th/5th Grade - Ms. falkenberg
About Me:
Hi! My name is Morgan Falkenberg and I am the 4th/5th grade teacher here at Saint Joseph School. I will be graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay this coming December 2023. I grew up in a small town in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan but I have lived in Green Bay for about 3 years now. I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, reading, and traveling. I cannot wait to watch my students learn and grow this school year!

WHAT WE'RE WORKING ON:
English: Persuasive Essays
Math: Ratios, Proportions, and fractions
Science: Organ systems
Social Studies: We are studying the first colonies in the US!
Literature: We are reading Maniac Magee. It's a fun and funny book to read for 5th grade. We do comprehension tests and packets each day. It really gets the kids thinking critically about their reading.
Religion: Preparing for Jesus' coming! Advent season.
Spelling: Every day we practice spelling in a new way. Some days we play hot potato, others we play "beat the teacher", or some days when we aren't in the mood to get creative we practice our words on our desks! All of this prepares us for our weekly tests on Fridays.
Specials Schedule:
Phy. Ed. - Monday & Tuesday
Art - Monday
Music - Wednesday & Thursday
Spanish - Wednesday & Friday
Art Integration - Friday
